IV. Professional Development Workshops:

Our professional development workshops are designed to help teachers enhance their practice through the use of open-ended, non-traditional materials as a means of supporting instruction through open-ended learning. As an integral part of many workshops, participants will have the opportunity to select and create with materials they collect first-hand from the Treasure Truck.

Our professional development workshops are available to school and community groups alike. The history of our “Dumpster Diamonds” will inspire environmental conscientiousness and social responsibility easily adopted in all branches of learning.
